Public statistics on reports and moderation at PlayCmdr, as required by the Games Legal Framework. The numbers are aggregated: no names, identifiers, report text or exact dates and times.

How to read these numbers

  • When a number is below 5 we show “fewer than 5” so no one can be identified.
  • “Median time” is the time it took half of the reports to reach a first decision.
  • Numbers refresh every hour.

Our deadlines

We decide a report within 5 business days. We answer an appeal within 10 business days.

These deadlines are public targets set in the Terms of Use, and the numbers below show whether we meet them.

How to report and appeal

To report, open the player's profile (from the ranking) and use the Report button. To appeal a decision, go to My account. See the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy for details.
