Terms of Use

1. The service

PlayCmdr offers mini-games that run in chats of third-party platforms, such as Twitch and Discord, and on our own website. The service is in beta: it may change, have faults or be unavailable. If the service is discontinued, we will give reasonable advance notice.

Minors may use the service only with the knowledge and assistance of a parent or guardian, and purchases of Crystals by minors require the guardian's authorization. Age and spending controls required by applicable law (in Brazil, the Games Legal Framework) will be applied as regulated.

2. Items, coins and licence

Items, coins, XP, titles and frames are virtual goods. You do not own them: you receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to use them inside PlayCmdr while you comply with these terms. The licence may be revoked in the cases of clause 6, always with the possibility of appeal.

In-game coins are earned only by playing. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money, withdrawn or sold, and there is no raffle or cash prize on PlayCmdr.

We may correct balances and inventories in case of technical error or fraud, and we record the correction.

3. Crystals (purchases with real money)

Crystals are bought with real money and are used only for cosmetic items (profile titles and frames). Crystals do not buy in-game coins, luck, drop chance, speed, income, land or any gameplay advantage, and there is no betting with Crystals.

Crystals are not currency, do not earn interest, cannot be withdrawn and cannot be transferred to another player. Your statutory consumer rights apply, including withdrawal rights within the legal deadlines where applicable and the review of improper charges. Contact us through the channel in clause 11.

4. Prohibited conduct

• Using bots, scripts, multiple accounts or any means to gain an unfair advantage.
• Buying, selling, trading or advertising accounts, items, coins or Crystals for money or other value outside PlayCmdr (real money trading, RMT, and account sales).
• Using a display name, title or content that is offensive, discriminatory, unlawful or that impersonates another person or brand.
• Harassing other players, streamers or our team.
• Trying to take the service down, exploiting flaws for your own benefit or accessing other people's data.
• Filing false or mass reports to harm someone.

5. Reporting and moderation

Any player with an account on the website can report a profile from its page by choosing a reason and, optionally, adding up to 500 characters of explanation. To prevent abuse, each person may file up to 5 reports per day and one open report per profile.

We review each report and give a decision within 5 business days of receiving it. The reported player sees the decision and its reason. The identity of the reporter is not disclosed to the reported player, except by legal order.

Possible measures: dismiss the report, warn, hide the profile from the ranking and public pages, and ban the account.

Reports, decisions and appeals are recorded for accountability and for the statistics on the transparency page (which contain no personal data).

6. Suspension, hiding and bans

We may warn, hide the profile or ban the account of anyone who breaches these terms, the law or the rules of partner platforms. Measures are graduated: the rule is to start by hiding the profile; a ban is reserved for repeat offences or serious violations such as fraud, RMT or unlawful conduct.

A banned account can no longer play or buy Crystals and disappears from the ranking and public profiles. Nothing is deleted automatically: the account, inventory and history are preserved while the review and legal deadlines last.

A ban for breaching these terms does not trigger an automatic refund of Crystals or cosmetics. Each request is reviewed case by case, manually, without prejudice to the rights the law guarantees to consumers.

We always state the reason for the measure. In case of immediate risk (ongoing fraud, unlawful content) we may act first and explain right after.

7. Appeals

Anyone who received a decision may appeal once per decision, under My account, within 30 days of the decision. We respond within 10 business days of the appeal. If the appeal is accepted, the measure is reversed and the profile returns to normal.

While there is a single moderator, the appeal is reviewed by the same team; review by a different person will be adopted as the team grows.

8. Streamers and companies

Streamers are responsible for their own channel, for complying with the rules of the platform where they broadcast and for keeping the overlay link secret. They can pause or remove the bot at any time in the dashboard.

Brand campaigns run only on channels that accepted the invitation. The company sees only aggregated numbers, never players' personal data.

9. Third-party platforms and intellectual property

PlayCmdr is not affiliated with Twitch Interactive, Inc., Discord or other platforms; their names belong to their owners. PlayCmdr's software, art and texts are protected by copyright.

10. Liability and changes

We do our best to keep the service running but do not guarantee continuous availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants to consumers.

We may update these terms. Relevant changes will be announced on the website, with the version date at the top of this page.

Governing law and venue: to be confirmed by counsel (default: Brazilian law, and the consumer's domicile where the law so requires).
